The Los Angeles Times has posted the entire study for the public to read here. You should know it’s been annotated by Jason Felch, one of the LA Times’ reporters who has been filing numerous education stories recently.
I have some thoughts about what the results have been reported as in the education press, but I’ll comment later after I’ve had a chance to digest the study.
